I have been working as a professional coach since 2020.
So far, photographers, marketers, Fintech ventures, consulting firms,
I have various experiences in think tanks from SONY semiconductor companies and banks.
When it's time to change careers, leave work (unemployed), study at a business school,
Study abroad at MBA Academy in China and hold business Japanese lectures, photography seminars, etc. at a local Japanese company.
In my private life, I have traveled to 60 countries such as Syria and Yemen to capture the atmosphere of the area.
Coaching captures maximum awareness in the intentional collaboration between the coach and the client.

About Us
2022年8月に米国CTI認定CPCC（Certified Professional Co-Active Coach）取得。現在20代～50代の管理職、営業、個人事業主に対する コーチング950時間実施（270名）。 2023年1月にABNLP協会公認トレーナー取得。 上場製造メーカーのリーダー、金融機関のリーダー、営業管理職等向けにNLP資格取得講座を開講。
NLPをベースとした、リーダーの必須スキルとして、次世代リーダー養成講座を半導体大手企業に実施。ヘルスケア製造メーカーに対して、全社１on１の仕組みを導入。金融会社に対しては人的資本経営に関する研修導入。TLC認定プラクティショナー（リーダー360°評価）、2024年5月に国家資格キャリアコンサルタントを取得し、社内外のコーチング、組織開発を支援中。

60か国バックパック
10代にフランス映画に感化し、西ヨーロッパをバックパック。旅から戻り、表現の世界、光と影、写真の世界へ引き込まれる。Leica M3を手に入れ、独学でアナログカメラを習得。写真の路上販売を通して、人とのコミュニケーション、相手の喜びが自分への喜びへつながる。その後、中東シリア・イエメン、北アフリカ・アルジェリア・チュニジアをはじめ、ガーナ・エチオピアだけでなく、５大陸60か国を写真に撮り続ける。その写真をInstagramへ掲載中。
ビジネススクールで学び、中国遼寧省のMBAスクールへ交換留学。
現地日系企業でビジネス日本語を教え、短編映画の主演を務める。
他方、60か国をバックパックして世界中の人々と出会ってきました。
